Registration

Clubs, academies and FIFA-licensed agents register and share their profiles, needs and objectives.

Smart matching

Our smart algorithm analyses participants’ profiles and objectives to suggest the most relevant meetings. It can also identify potential opportunities based simply on the identity of participating clubs, agencies and academies, encouraging valuable connections beyond specific requirements.

Each participant will also be contacted individually ahead of the event to help prepare their meetings and maximise the relevance of their connections.

Personalised agenda

Each participant receives a tailored schedule of pre-arranged one-to-one meetings.

Privacy policy

1. Who we are

PreMatched is organised by [legal name], [legal form], registered at [registered address], Belgium, company number [BE 0000.000.000]. It is the controller of the personal data collected through this site. Contact: info@prematched.eu.

2. What we collect

Only what you type into the invitation form: the name of your club, academy or agency, your name, your role, your email address, your phone number, your country and your city.

No advertising or analytics cookies are set, and visitors are not profiled. Every file this page needs — images and typefaces included — is served from this site, so opening it sends nothing to a third party.

3. Why, and on what basis

To review your request, decide on an invitation and contact you about the first edition. The legal basis is the consent you give by ticking the box on the form. If you are invited and take part, your details are then used to prepare your meeting schedule, on the basis of our agreement with you.

4. Who sees it

Our two partners for the event — Okto and Profiler — and our hosting and email providers, acting on our instructions. Your details are never sold, rented or passed on to anyone else.

5. How long we keep it

Requests that do not lead to participation are deleted [12 / 24] months after the event. Participants' details are kept for [duration] for accounting and follow-up.

6. Where it is stored

On servers located in the European Union, at [hosting provider]. [If a processor outside the EU is used, name it here together with the transfer safeguard.]

7. Your rights

You may at any time ask for access to your data, have it corrected or erased, restrict or object to its use, receive it in a portable form, or withdraw your consent. Write to info@prematched.eu; we answer within one month.
